Hi everyone,

We have made a small change to the Wi-Fi names to help improve the network experience.

The Wi-Fi names will now show as:

HappyFibre 
Please use this network for the best Wi-Fi experience. This is recommended for most modern phones, laptops, smart TVs, and streaming devices.

HappyFibre_2.4GHz 
Please only use this network if your device cannot connect to HappyFibre. Some older TVs, older phones, printers, or certain smart devices may only work on the 2.4GHz network.

Please note: Some devices, especially TVs, may need to be reconnected to the Wi-Fi. If your TV or device does not have internet, go to the Wi-Fi settings, select the correct HappyFibre network, and enter the Wi-Fi password again.

We recommend trying HappyFibre first.

If your device does not connect to HappyFibre, then connect it to HappyFibre_2.4GHz.
